What we keep about you, and why. In plain words.

Your phone number

We use it to sign you in with a text code, to send order updates, and to keep your Lola Rewards points. No password needed.

Text messages

We text sign-in codes and updates about your orders, and weekly deals only if you turn them on. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. To deliver texts (SMS and RCS, the messages that show our name and logo), your number and the message are shared with our messaging providers, Twilio and Google, only for that purpose. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Your address and door pin

Only La Bodega and your driver see them, to bring your order. Your location is asked only when you tap "Use my location".

Your cards

Card numbers go straight to our payment company and never reach us. We keep only the brand, the last 4 digits and the expiry date so you can pay faster.

Your orders and points

We keep what you bought so you can reorder, see receipts and earn points. Receipts are kept as long as the law asks.

Ask Lola

Lola uses AI to answer. Our team at the store reads the conversation when she can't help, or when you ask for a person.

We don't sell your information

Not to advertisers, not to anyone.

Delete your account

You can delete your account any time from Account. We'll check it's you with a text code. Delete my account
